📘 Key Definitions

| Client | The person signing the rental contract. |

| Partner | A third-party agent or platform facilitating the rental. |
| Delivery & Return Checklist | Document detailing the car’s condition at handover and return. |
🔹 All rental rates include VAT.
✅ Obligations of RENTAL SIBIU
Vehicle Delivery
Deliver the car with keys, original documents (registration, RCA insurance), and a completed delivery checklist.
24/7 Roadside Assistance (within Romania)
Applies to mechanical breakdowns or accidents.
Note: Tire damage or punctures are the Client’s responsibility.
Vehicle Replacement
If damage (not caused by the Client) disables the vehicle, a replacement will be provided within 24 hours (subject to availability).
If the Client is at fault, replacement is not guaranteed.
Refunds
If replacement isn’t possible, a refund will be issued for the unused rental period.
Liability Exclusion
Vabova Speed is not liable for financial losses due to breakdowns unless pre-approved repair costs are involved.
Legal & Financial Responsibility
All traffic violations, tolls, fines, or damages during the rental are the Client’s responsibility.
Reservation Confirmation
Confirmed only after availability and eligibility verification.
Client must submit documents via email, WhatsApp, or other channels.
Vehicle Category, Not Model
Bookings are confirmed for a vehicle class, not a specific model.
A similar or superior vehicle will be provided if the reserved class is unavailable.
👤 Obligations of the Client
❗ Note: RENTAL SIBIU may cancel bookings (without compensation) if minimum requirements are unmet, as outlined in this agreement or published online.
Legal Compliance: Client is responsible for obeying Romanian traffic laws.
Driving License:
Must present a valid national or international license (Latin alphabet only).
Right-hand drive licenses (UK, India, Australia, Japan, etc.) require international permits.
Must have held a license for at least 2 years and be 21+ years old.
Late Pickup:
Reservations may be canceled if pickup is delayed by more than 3 hours without notice.
Authorized Drivers Only:
Only persons listed in the contract may drive the vehicle.
Extra drivers: €15/driver (one-time fee).
🚫 Prohibited Uses
Clients may not use the vehicle for:
Taxi or ride-sharing services.
Illegal activities.
Off-road driving or competitions.
Towing trailers or other vehicles.
Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
📦 Vehicle Delivery & Return
Return Location & Fuel Level:
Return vehicle to the agreed location with the same fuel level as at pickup.
Late Return Fee:
€10/hour (after a 1-hour grace period).
Cleaning & Smoking Penalties:
Smoking in the vehicle: €70 fine.
Excessive dirt (interior/exterior): €100 cleaning fee.
Pet Policy:
Pets allowed only in enclosed carriers.
Unapproved transport or soiling incurs cleaning fees: €50–€100.
🔐 Final Notes
These Terms & Conditions apply to all rentals from RENTAL SIBIU by Romanian or international individuals and legal entities. Compliance with all provisions is mandatory.
